I can not say enough wonderful things about Tony and his team (Cara, Anita, Eric, Chris, Daniel)!! They have delivered an amazing/perfect product and so professional every step of the way. Thank you a million times over! We had a terrible experience with a different countertop company who came to install 3 times requiring 2 slabs of marble. They left us with chipped marble, damaged cabinets, and some ridiculous shimming. Tony, after hearing our story came right out, looked at the situation, devised a solution and moved in expedited fashion. Call Russo Stone today! You will not be sorry!!
Carley & I could not possibly be more pleased with our new counter tops!!! From the process of picking out the stone to the template-measuring day to laying out the outlines on the slabs to the final installation, everyone who was involved was very friendly, courteous and professional. The end product really shows it. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding and we are very happy. We would definitely recommend Russo Stone & Tile to anyone interested in new stone counter tops. Please forward our many thanks to everyone who was involved in the process.
We loved working with Russo’s Stone. They were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. The staff was great helping us lay out the template on the granite to get the visual effect we wanted, making sure the seams didn’t interfere with the flow of the granite. Our countertops are the focal point of our kitchen and we love them. We would highly recommend Russo’s Stone to anyone.
Russo Granite was outstanding. Started with the owner saving us money on slab selections as he was able to pick out orphaned slabs and show us how he could get the shapes we needed out of it. Pre measurements were on time and professional. Pieces arrived on time and under budget! Techs were professional and were able to get more pieces out of our twoe slabs, resulting in one less seam (which you can’t see anyway). Measurements and cuts were perfect. I would bank my reputation on Tony’s word!
Dealing with Russo’s Stone and Tile was a total pleasure. From their sales team to their installers, everything went smoothly and was installed perfectly. Also, everything was done in a timely manner.I would recommend them to everyone!
As an interior designer who frequently is hired to remodel kitchens and baths, having a trusted stone fabricator is a must. There are many stone fabricators to choose from in this area, with only a few meeting the exacting standards I have for all the vendors I use on a regular basis. Russo Stone meets and exceeds these standards. I have nothing but praise for the work they have done for me.
I was asked by a friend to assist with a minor kitchen remodel that included replacing laminate tops with granite. With 30 years in commercial interiors, I’ve worked with a wide variety of local and national vendors. The experience with Russo’s was excellent from start to finish. Emily listened well in our first meeting and provided practical advice and suggestions that improved results on the project. She was patient with ongoing questions, flexible with requests and consistently responded promptly. There appear to be very good systems in place that resulted in a level of communication well beyond what we’ve all come to expect. Across the board, the staff was professional and well trained. They were on time and called ahead for each appointment from field measurements to installation. Anita kept me informed on the schedule from beginning to end including proactively reaching out to offer an improved installation date due to a cancellation. Most importantly, things didn’t go perfectly (a minor issue on their end and what could have been a more significant problem on ours), but the Russo staff made sure they were part of the solution, not the problem. Emily and Tony made themselves available to discuss a glitch and came up with a better solution than the two options I came in with. The quality of service and execution on this small project for them (but an important one for my friend) earned them this review. There are plenty of transactions these days that provide ample opportunity to complain. I think it’s important to recognize a business that has obviously invested in the people and systems to allow them to provide a high level of service to go along with quality workmanship. We are very appreciative of their execution on our project and would use them again without hesitation.
After checking around at several granite retailers in St. Charles County and in St. Louis, I decided to go with Russo Stone. The staff was professional and gave me a competitive bid. The guy who came out and measured my counter sat with me and answered all the additional questions I had. It was the first time I made that kind of investment in a countertop and I had several questions and concerns. He was great and took his time reassuring me. My countertop was installed about 10 days later and it was a great investment. I could not be happier with Russo Stone.
Russo was recommended to me by another stone company that doesn’t do residential work. I needed a single bathroom countertop, and had a specific stone and layout in mind. I was really impressed by every aspect of Russo. They responded quickly, sent a skilled measurer who made a template, found just the marble I wanted in Kansas City and sent me a photograph, and had the whole thing made very quickly on my approval. The installers were just as good: prompt, fast, skilled and careful moving a big piece of stone through my home. I thought the price was very reasonable for beautiful, custom work. And they are right in the city instead of having to drive way out in the suburbs. I recommend them highly.
